I usually work in the city (of Philadelphia) on Fridays and try to use my lunch breaks to discover new restaurants around the city.  A friend of mine suggested Giwa and I am now hooked to Bibimbap.

For those of you who aren’t familiar with Bibimbap (literally meaning “mixed meal”), it’s a Korean dish that usually consists of white rice topped with sautéed veggies, chili pepper paste, friend egg or sliced meat, seaweed, and whatever else the chef wants to add.  It’s served either cold or piping hot (in my case).  You mix everything together and enjoy!
